How to overcome your fears

When you truly realize what's holding you back from taking action, accomplishing your goals or living your dreams, it all boils down to fear. Stress, worry, doubt, anxiety. All forms of fear that paralyze you and every passing day it gets harder and harder to break out. 1. You first have to realize that action is the fastest and strongest cure to overcoming your fears but don't get overwhelmed by every little thing you have to do to accomplish your goals. 2. If you're stuck, focus on doing that one thing you need to get done. Then move on to the next thing and start building momentum. 3. Momentum leads to habits and empowering habits will help you blast through fears and you will be moving in the right direction. 4. You simply have to begin.
